La pizza al carbone vegetale con salmone, crescenza e rucola è perfetta se volete stupire i vostri ospiti con una pizza particolare! A parte le proprietà benefiche del carbone vegetale la caratteristica che più salta all’occhio è la colorazione nera della pizza. Il carbone vegetale è una polvere finissima che si mischia alla farina prima di impastarla, ma rimane inodore e insapore. La proporzione è di 15 gr di carbone vegetale ogni kg di farina. La pizza guadagna leggerezza e digeribilità, anche grazie al condimento “minimal” con salmone fresco, rucola e crescenza.
