Croissant taste of Paris

With this recipe we want to give you the exact directions on how we go about making croissants. This recipe is made by famous chef Bruno Albouze, Executive Producer of THE REAL DEAL Cooking Channel on Youtube, with his fabulous “french california” cuisine.

250 g water at 25°C (77°F)
30 g fresh yeast
500 g unbleached bread flour
12 g (3 tsp) salt
50 g granulated sugar
100 g softened unsalted butter
